SINK ABOUT IT COPENHAGEN

Sink About it Copenhagen is a series of works by J.F. Thorsteinsson inspired by the visual language of Vilhelm Hammershøi and the consequences of climate change we are facing in Copenhagen – and the rest of the World if we don’t act.

This is a dystopian take on the future of humankind and a reminder to the current politicians that thousands of liters of unstoppable glacial water are heading their way into their offices and homes.

Jonas lives and works amongst his motifs in the old center of Copenhagen. As a native Icelander working on the glaciers of Iceland, he has seen what is coming.

Thousands of liters if glacial water pouring into the sea. And it is coming our way.
